Meet the Team
Andy Carr – Mortgage Adviser
Andy has been working in the financial industry for over 30 years and has gained a wealth of knowledge throughout his career in mortgages, personal and business banking and insurance. Andy joined Flagstone in 2013 and is one of our senior advisers. Currently working between our offices in the High Street, Brentwood and St Thomas Road, Brentwood. Andy can often be seen at the London Stadium watching his beloved West Ham or on the golf course when he isn’t at the office.
Nina Joslin – Administrator
I started my career in finance in 1999 working in the second-hand endowment market. Following this I had a career break to raise my 2 children.
In 2010 I started work as a mortgage administrator, a few years later I worked to achieve my CeMAP and CeRER qualifications and moved into a compliance role for a large mortgage network.
In 2018 I joined Flagstone to provide administrative & compliance support to the existing advisers, initially travelling to each office I am now based in our Flagstone shop just off Brentwood High Street.
